Lacima Cafe And Pizzeria

I have been to this place a long time ago. Back then, they were located just outside of GMC Srinagar. Their food at that time was average. Nothing great. Not bad either. But when I went to their new restaurant recently, I was amazed by the changes. In the new restaurant as well as in the food. Their food quality and taste has improved so much. It went from 4/10 to a 7/10 or even 8/10 ( for me though) I had chicken momos, a pizza and a burger. The burger was just amazing. The bun was fresh. And soft. Not those regular tasteless buns that you see everywhere. The patty too was full of taste and juicy. The burger was a surprise for me. You don't find this kind of burger in Kashmir. At least I haven't till now. Didn't like the mint chutney though. They can do with some more chutneys. The pizza was better than what they used to make in the past. It was crisp and cheesy. That burger will surely make me go back there.

A cosy nook of a cafe on first floor. It looks pretty inconspicuous from below but comes as a pleasant surprise by its ambience and pleasant atmosphere. The air conditioning was pretty effective for the humid weather we are facing in Srinagar nowadays. The cold coffee with ice cream was good and felt a great deal in fighting off the heat and humidity. The place was pretty empty when we arrived but had filled up by lunch time.

We headed here for a pizza. Quiet interiors, pleasent decor and courteous staff. We had- Tandoori Paneer Pizza Veg Tandoori Momos Cold coffee Chocolate Truffle Jar Pizza I felt was smaller for a medium size pizza. Tandoori momos were different but really yummy in taste. Cold coffee could be thicker. Overall recommended 👍🏻
