I love this take-away! It’s one of my favorites! I always get the honey roasted ribs and honestly it’s amazing. Highly recommend. I get this take-away regularly and it’s always as good as the last. The egg fried rice is amazing too !!

Good fish and chips here. Crispy batter on the fish and they do a good curry sauce.
The only problem is one in common with a lot of St Albans eateries is the number of food delivery drivers causing queues at peak times.

Best place to get fish and chips in the whole of St albans. Would never go anywhere else, I would only regret it

Me and all my friends have used cheongs more or less since it opened as cheongs,kit and his wife kitty always gave a friendly welcome and although don't see him too much now all the staff are very friendly,and of course the food has remained superb from day 1 to now. I would highly recommend anyone to try it

Now called starlight fish and chips and under new management but just as good as before, very friendly.
Skin is removed from both sides of the fish, perfect.
