We had two massive trolleys of university stuff and our cashier Tim was so helpful and efficient and friendly. He made what could’ve been a nightmare, a very calm and enjoyable experience. we were very impressed.

Dunelm in St Albans is a good store with quite a wide range of products. Before driving over to the store it is easy to check if they have the product available at that particular location. They often have reductions and you can really pick up a bargain.
Obviously, as they sell such a wide range of items, things can occasionally be faulty. But, based upon my experience, the staff are always polite, friendly and courteous. When I had a faulty item, I spoke to Ian the store manager and he made it is mission to ensure that the matter was resolved quickly and with minimal fuss. He did an excellent job and his approach to customers is reflected throughout the store by both him and his colleagues. Thank you!
