Harvester Flamstead

We visited the harvester for a business breakfast meeting and were served by Chrissy who simply gave perfect service from the start to the finish. We’d all travelled over 3 hours to meet there for work and nothing was too much trouble. If only all staff were like her it would be such a pleasure. Thank you for making the start of my day a good one.

Waitress Priscilla was professional yet friendly. nothing was too much trouble. I had to take an important phone call as my food was served, Priscilla took it back to the kitchen to keep warm. On my return, she told me that if it was not warm enough, they would cook fresh. Fantastic customer service. 👏 just to add, I did not ask for fresh food, I ate what I needed. Beautiful Fish and Chips.

Lovely experiences dining here so far this year. So convenient for us as we are only a 10 min drive away and meet up with friends and family at this one! I never have it but my friends and family are not always keen on the pasta. Not sure if you’ve changed your recipe, sometimes it is hard as well! All the other food is always yummy though! Big shout out to Morgan, she’s usually our waitress. Great asset to your team!

We went for breakfast and chose the all you can eat build your own. I was told the chef was Ella and quite frankly the breakfast fantastic. I’d say it’s one of the best breakfasts I’ve had this year (and that’s saying something 🤣) The waitress was Chrissy. What a lovely lady. She made us feel welcome, nothing seemed to difficult for her. She was friendly, chatty and even refilled my coffee when I asked where I got a refill from. It was a really good experience for us and we’d happily go back if we were in the area! You need more like them Harvester but let them have Christmas off this year. They deserve it 😊
