I just ordered recently through Menulog and it actually arrived! I thought I'd try the house beef burger with chips, and I have to say... Wow! Also, got a small chicken pizza and added capsican and pineapple. Yes, pineapple :) yum!!! Food looks and taste fantastic!!! Highly recommended 🙏 Probably the best pizza place I have ever experienced. Prior to the original owner of St Albans Pizza. Food is amazing and the service is above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Got my order cancelled through uber eats because apparently I live too far. First of all it shouldn't be on the uber eats page if they don't accept orders from 15km distance, I called the restaurant for further explanation he was not professional,rude and blamed me for not understanding him and mentioning he has their own drivers and they don't accept uber eats no more, clearly he doesn't know what his signed up for, and blaming uber eats. Idc I ordered my food I expect it delivered it, it's within the policy. The guy was also rude on the phone mentioning I'm wrong. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

What a waste of money!!! I ordered pizza from St. Albans pizza point last night and it was so bad that i couldn’t eat it and felt really disappointed, toppings were so less and they charge more for that, moreover, the lady on phone was really rude the way she was taking order because she wasn’t even in mood to take my order properly and it felt like she want me to disconnect phone without give her any order and sounds really like she is the owner of pizza store and don’t want to run this store, I assume they have changed their staff because this is second time i got sh$ty pizza and regretting why i order from them, finally end up by ordering from other pizza store. Waste my $$$$$$ I really want to give 0 star but no option there 🤮 pizza

Absolute horrible Customer service , I tried to make an online order through Uber Eats, the rejected my order because they were "too busy" the drivers couldn't be bothered travelling to my address. Even though they could allow other Uber eats driver to deliver the food. I couldn't order any where else because every other place was closed in my area. (Covid Restrictions so I couldn't travel anywhere as well) The Uber app showed that they can deliver at my house, but they refused. When I called and asked the person to deliver, he was rude and when I asked him for his name, he got upset and told me he will block me on his system. From my previous experience, the place uses Uber Eats app, however, have their own delivery people who cannot read basic instructions written on the notes. I wish there was a negative review option.
