Denny's

This restaurant used to be alright, however current it has gone to grab and I can't recommend you avoid it enough. The food was alright, however, the service couldn't have been worse. Me and my wife overheard the server meantioning how she was the only one on the floor at the time, so we gave her a bit of leeway with things. There were 3 other tables besides up and a random sitting in a corner booth unattended. We had gotten our food and requested refills on our drinks, we started eating and still no drinks so we had to stop. We watched the server take food, refills, and utensils to the other tables around us, no drinks though. After waiting for just shy of 20 minutes, I turned around and got the attention of a cook who finally seemed to remind her we needed refills since she was sitting chatting with another employee. Additionally, the cooks (of which we saw three working) don't seem to know how to cook eggs not over easy, as I had requested over medium and my wife over hard/well done, both were the exact same. There were two other employees who seemed to not be doing anything besides just talking and working on computers and not helping on the floor since she was so swamped. Ultimately the food felt dissatisfying and the service left everything to be desired. My recommendation, avoid this Denny's at all costs, take the freeway to the main street location that is not even 5 minutes away and get service and good food. 0/5, cannot recommend this restaurant even if it was my last choice.

I loved it. The service was so great! I could cry. The bathrooms were clean and the place was terrifically clean. The food was spectacular! I loved it! Despite our nonsense, the staff was super chill and they helped us to enjoy our time. We went for new years. If you go, plan on seeing half a million college kiddos

We arrived at Denny’s in St George, Utah around 7:15, seated within a few minutes, server was prompt taking our order and bringing us our drinks. She returned about 20 minutes later and apologized about how long it was taking to get because of a large order placed before ours. We waited a while longer when my husband asked how much longer, they said about 5 minutes. About 15 minutes later, we decided to speak to the manager then leave. Manager didn’t come out to speak with us, we left after being in there a little over an hour. We’ve eaten at Denny’s in Orem, Utah plenty of times and have never waited for an hour for our food.
