Wendy's

Thank you Wendy’s for being the only Wendy’s in a 15 mile radius that is open past 8 PM! The four for four is always a great deal! Staff was very polite and very helpful. They are also very patient as someone in the vehicle could not make up their mind on what they wanted to eat and continue to change the order every two seconds. We love you Wendy’s!

Does this look like a Jalapeno Popper Burger? This is a consistent problem with this Wendys. Somehow everytime I go there my order gets messed up. I do not understand why it is so hard to just get my entire order correct! At least once! I hate the fact you're the only drive thru close to my house. I just cannot fathom why when I ask for No Tomatoes EVERY TIME I GO. I end up with burgers with tomatoes. I have no idea how you hand out the wrong sandwich entirely. And when trying to call the last 45 minutes the line is busy. Why is your phone line busy for 45 minutes?! Maybe I will just make a bad google review for every item you get wrong again until the staff here can get it together.

Three strikes, Wendy’s is out Strike 1: dining room closed, drive through line made me wait close to 15 minutes. Strike 2: my fries cup was only half way filled up. I asked for them to top it off, which they did—after they cooked another batch. Had to wait 3 more minutes. Strike 3: they use the coke freestyle machine for soda. The coke from these taste horrible. Wouldn’t drink it if it was free. I wish fast food places would abandon using these. Making a mental note not to return to this place.

Soooooo slowwwww!! Look I know everyone is struggling to find good help. Waited over 30 min the drive through.. felt like a lifetime. From up north so Maybe this is the normal around here but when I pulled up the window 2 people in street closes we’re just standing in the kitchen talking to employees. Inside is closed so your force to sit in the line out here. Needs some better management to get this place running like a normal Wendy’s.
