Taco Bell

I dislike writing negative reviews anymore. But this establishment is highly unprofessional. Extremely hungry people, also allergic to milk. Ordered no cheese and there was cheese on all of it. Refused to take the receipt or food to see they made a mistake. All because that's not what they heard over the phone when we asked them to fix it. They refused to help Spent nearly 25 and we had to give it away. I hope they develop a diary allergy hahaha, mostly kidding.

Honestly, this is just getting ridiculous. Every time I come to any Taco Bell, I get less and less food and get charged more and more. You can maybe get 3 chips out of the amount of dip they give you. It’s just getting so so so ridiculous. But I’m so sick of the 2 drops of nacho cheese they’ve been giving with their chips.

I lo e taco bell, however the people at this location need to be dealt with. How do you run a restaurant when you refuse to open a register and only want you to deal with a kiosk. When we said we prefer to order at the register we were told no one on site has a code to work it. Really you are running a drive thru register. The fast food in this town is going down hill fast.

This is our go-to place. Normally good quality. Tonight the chipotle burrito was lightly filled, but most frustratingly, I paid for a cinnamon twist and did not have it in my bag. It's a small thing but I dont like paying for aomwthing i dodnt get, and now I can't trust that everything will be in the bag in the drive through.

Waited in drive thru. Told they only can take cash then l asked why they didn't didn't put up a sign as I didn't have cash and therefore was stuck in three line for another 10 min. The kid on the speaker said the boss told them no signs! So I wasted my 10 min of a 30 min lunch waiting in line for something I could have been warned about ahead of time about. Not cool!!

The lines were so long that it isn't worth waiting for, especially when we ordered online" to avoid the lines" as advertised on the website. Also when we arrived not only did we have to wait and "take our turn " in the drive up window for our pre-paid order, the cook came out to our car to inform us that he would need to substitute our steak for chicken or beef because the drive thru orders in front of us had ordered the last of the steak that he had on hand. I said " excuse me my order was placed 15 minutes ago and it should have had protity over a drive- up order that was being placed as I am waiting in line for a pre-paid that was placed 15 minutes ago. Cancel my order and just refund my payment. " He informed me that he would cancel my order but I would need to contact the website for a refund 🤔😡. What !!! My companions both indicated that they have also experienced this situation at this location 600 East St George Blvd St George Utah. Yesterday at the Newest location by Smith's Market place, the drive thru lines were so long at 2:00 pm we tried to go inside to do grab-n-go only to find the door locked and a sign indicating that this location is only open for drive thru service 😤. Yeah Taco Bell won't be on my go to list for sometime... The food is average, the service sucks, and the hassle of getting my money back isn't worth it. Sunset location is the only one that actually has been accommodating and an enjoyable experience. This location has fast friendly service, clean and pleasant dining room (yes it's open) and we have had a good experience here.
