Happy Valley Brewing Company

I had a really good experience at HVBC. The service is really good and the bartenders were willing to allow us to try a variety of different beer before deciding on one, which is brewed in house. They also have a really good cocktail selection as well if you’re not into beer. The food was also outstanding. I got a salad and it was absolutely massive. From most people would be good for multiple meals and the salmon was cooked perfectly. Also I think it’s a must to get the fish and chips. Everyone knows the standard fish and chips is cod, but Happy Valley makes it with Barramundi and it’s absolutely incredible. Each piece is well worth the price and it’s fried to perfection.

What I really enjoy from this restaurant is their decorations. If you look up at the ceiling, there are lots of pictures and art works which are really special to me, leaving a very good impression. Besides, the service is very good as well. The only thing that I feel inadequate is that the light is a little bit bleak. The food there is good and the non alcohol drink only have Pepsi.

We had the short rib nachos as an appetizers and they were very yummy!! I feel like it could’ve had more cheese on them, as the bottom nachos were dry. I had the short rib grilled cheese sandwich and that was The. Best. grilled cheese sandwich. The tomato jam was such a great compliment to the Gruyère cheese. I was very happy with my meal and our experience here.
