Red Lobster

Loved this place. In fact, I ended up coming here twice because I wanted to experience their full menu. As a visitor to US, this was my first experience with Red Lobster. I know this is a popular seafood restaurant chain so I assume quality standards are same across the country. The place was relatively quiet when I visited. The servers were helpful and food was served quickly. I tried different dishes over 2 days and I must admit everything was high quality. The food was full of flavor and well presented. I loved the convenience of paying using their special devices that are placed on each table. My favorite was the 'ultimate feast' which was a mix of lobsters, shrimps, clams etc. The touch based device placed on each table is also loaded with games. I was just exploring the games and found a bill of $1.99 on my tab. However, the server was helpful and removed it from the bill. I guess I should have paid more attention before clicking play. The food and ambience is excellent hence the 5 stars.

We had a fantastic dinner at this Red Lobster location. We had excellent service from Amy, our waitress, while enjoying a good meal. This location was clean and all of our meals came in a timely matter and very good. We had the sirloin steak, lobster tail, shrimp, and chicken salad. The fudge brownie dessert was very good and large - a must have! Overall great experience and we will definitely be returning while visiting our son who is now a student at Penn State. I highly recommend visiting when in the area.

I wish I would of taken pictures. But I do not eat fish or seafood. My daughter wanted to try lobster. I found many things to eat besides fish or seafood. I had the 7oz steak mashed potatoes and side salad. Steak was cooked to perfection. Mashed potatoes were real and delicious. Salad was fresh. My daughter loved her lobster. She had shrimp which she likes. And loved it. I will definitely go back. Oh our waitress Jessica was Awsome! Since we had never been there. She was so kind, patient, and recommended some delicious dishes!

Worst fish & chips i've ever had; Rubbery texture like calamari, not cod; Fish and fries were both flavorless, lukewarm, and tasted like reheated leftovers. Frozen fish fillets are honestly better than this. Small portion size. Only 1 small fish fillet with approx 20 fries; I do not recommend at all; Ive never eaten at red lobster prior, but after this, I would never purchase from here again.

The food was good except the steak. We asked for medium rare & they brought out rare steaks. Instead of making new 1s they took ours & put them back on the grill, not once but twice. The waitress was fantastic, I wish I had gotten her name. The manager did take some off the bill for the inconvenience of the steaks, but I've worked the food industry plenty & was very dissatisfied with how the whole situation played out.

My mom and I visit this Red Lobster frequently, and we have always had great food and great service. The servers here are cheerful and attentive like they really enjoy their jobs, and today Cam went above and beyond, bringing us extra napkins and refills without us having to ask. The manager also came out to ask us how everything was, which I thought was very nice as well. We’ve made it a tradition to bring the kids here for their birthdays every year. The food is always excellent and the prices reasonable. I love how they keep the traditional items on the menu, and also add new things, like more lobster dishes and different combinations. Can’t beat the cheese biscuits...Fresh and delicious! I will always come back to this Red Lobster! I highly recommend it to anyone who is traveling or who lives in the area.
