Starbucks

I arrived at this Starbucks this morning at 6:20 and the door was locked but 2-3 employees were in there. They looked at me when I pulled on the door and then immediately looked away from me. RUDE! So the uniform delivery driver arrived and they opened the door for him so I proceeded in only to be told they are closed the barista overslept and don’t know when they will open. All the signs on the door say 6:00 am. I went to the other Starbucks however they opened at 7:00 so I put a third Starbucks in the gps and it took me back to the same location ( my dumb error I am from out of town just wanted a good cup of coffee) and at 6:45 they were still closed and literally ignoring anyone that pulled on the door. Atleast put a note on the door. Hey franchise owner of this store get some good help or actually go work yourself because clearly your staffing needs help.

There are so many other options for coffee I personally try to stay away from Starbucks because they’re just too expensive. There are other coffee shack’s that offer high quality coffee at lesser prices and a lot of them are locally owned and so you would support local businesses by doing so just my opinion thanks

I Can’t wear a mask for a health reason. Try to do curbside pickup on the app. Not available. Go in store without one. Say I need to go outside and use app to do curbside pickup, which isn’t available, so it’s impossible. Rude and are not considerate of people’s health conditions and simply assume you are just non compliant. Hope you get slapped with class action ADA lawsuit like other large chains have.
