Young teen boy working the counter around 5:30 on 6/6/22 was very kind and courteous. The customer before me was kind of rude to him, and he reacted professionally and kindly. He was very polite and sweet. Our order was 100% correct and actually hot and fresh

Sat in drive thru for 10 minutes while teenage kid hung out drive thru window talking to his friends giving them milkshakes laughing and talking hand shaking all 5 people in the car holding conversation people were beeping behind me in line the car infront of me witnessed this and after all this took place my frys were cold I called in and explained this to the " manager" Heather whom blew me off was incredibly rude and said I must be calling the wrong McDonald's. I will never eat there again. Disgusting manager disgusting display of customer service and you want 15 an hour lol

Ok so I went to the drive through on Sunday around 7: 30 at night and everything went good until we got to the second window this guy or girl gave us the wrong food and when we went in the manger was vary nice and got us the right order

To suggest you avoid this establishment is an understatement. Treat it like a horrible disease and don't even get close to it. The manager is rude and afraid to come to the window to even explain their policy.
They turned away a bus of 20 high school athletes. Apparently they don't need business.

Very surly young man working drive-thru. He barely opens the window, hands the bag of food out without smiling or saying a word. This is the fourth time--even though I always smile and say "have a nice day."

Staff were friendly. Drive thru is usually brisk but it'll get bogged down at lunch hour and rush hour. They were having issues with one of the speakers so one lane was down, but it may be fixed by now.

Dine in is back. The quarter pounder with cheese is still great 👍. But I hate those kiosks. I like real people to talk to.

Must have picked the wrong shift to go because it's like it was every person's first day. The drive through, and both windows were just not together. We had more than 1 order so it was really hard to figure out i suppose. Food was fine. Service was just a headache.
