Dunkin'

I rarely ever leave reviews, but the workers here are so great, I almost feel obligated to give them some praise. I come almost every morning, and always get the same two lady’s and they are so kind and helpful. And my order is always perfect, the atmosphere is kind, and I pay and get through the line within 2 minutes. 😊😊😊

Service takes literally FOREVER and when I have a 15 minute break and ever second counts, yet I'm left to stand at the counter every time for atleast 7 minutes while they tend to just the drive thru as if people in store don't matter. Always out of the most popular donut at 930am like it isn't known those are bought up everyday by early morning and ordering more to ensure you don't sell out by atleast lunch must be to complicated. It seems to me if everyday you sell out of one thing within hours of opening, you'd think ordering more of that kind would be a smart move, but alas, their out constantly. Oh and at this particular location the workers barely speak English, are nearly impossible to understand and they have the audacity to get rude with you when you ask them to repeat themselves

Always out of donut flavors and one guy that works there is rude. He was very unprofessional both over the phone and at the drive thru. I really don't know why he even works there!! Dont even bother calling in for donuts. I would love to edit my review when I get better customer service. Update: Donut variety has improved. Hasn't seen the rude employee in a while.

This is EASILY the best Dunkin location in State College. The other two that opened on either north or south think they can pawn off a plain donut covered in glaze as an old fashioned, have extremely ineffective staff, fail to even toast a bagel right and for some reason never can understand what you say via the Drive-thru monitors. You will encounter none of those shenanigan's here. They remember your order if you're a regular, and treat you well. It's the Cheers of Dunkin' if you will. If you need a true Dunkin' experience in Central PA, this is the place to frequent.
