I've been coming here for a while. I used to love it and have no issues, but ever since they've opened new locations this one has fallen on the wayside. Mistakes are almost always made. Today my bacon, egg and cheese bagel only had sausage (not even ordered) and bacon on it. I will be choosing other locations from now on.

How is a bagel shop completely out of coffee? They refunded my money but I left a tip and they didn't refund it. Why would I tip someone to not get what I was after?
