The Best Health Food Store on Staten Island, also might be only one. Fresh hot food daily and a juice bar to hang and eat. You get regulars eating at the counter all the time, I’ve had some great conversations with some really healthy people. Everyone is willing to help and the store is super helpful if you’re looking for something particular. Good on pricing. If its healthy chances are they have it.

An extremely overpriced store and a complete ripoff! It’s highway robbery the prices they charge! You can find everything they sell almost fifty percent less in the supermarket or online! Also the place is very old,filthy and a lot of the products they sell have expired and are rancid with mold! They won’t pull the expired merchandise or take away the fruits and vegetables even though you can see mold all over! The health department should shut this place down! Also some of their staff and customers do not wear masks inside the store even though Staten Island is in the orange zone for the coronavirus! It’s a public health safety hazard going on in this store! You can also see a storage of old dirty boxes on the top shelves! A very unpleasant sight to see!

My father and I have been coming here for over 10 years. Good organic food and very warm staff. The interior could be updated a little bit but overall I am a huge fan of this place and eat here about 2-3x a week since it's located across the street from my office. Price for the food bar isn't too bad, especially for organic food. The shakes are amazing too!!

I have been going to this store for years as a faithful customer. Not only did I support this business through thick and thin , but I have tolerated their absurdly outrageous prices for years just because I respect what they do. The convenience factor does not make up for the price difference on the actual market. You’re better off ordering online or going to the nearest vitamin shoppe. Unfortunately,they did have one item that I really needed , regardless of the price. As an essential worker during these difficult COVID times , I find it very difficult to make their new schedule for 6pm. I called the store and told them that I would be late within a 5 minute marker. The guy told me he would wait on the phone. I showed up literally ONE minute BEFORE closing time at 5:59 PM, which was earlier than I told him. All I needed was one item behind the counter which would take less than 1 minute to process. I met the guy who told me he would wait for me and the rest of the coworkers outside of the store as they lingered for 5 extra minutes waiting for someone, but what they told me was that the store was closed. I never made a bad review for any company , but honestly that is one the most disrespectful things anyone has ever done to me. Absolutely disgusting. I will never support this business again and dissuade anyone from coming here.

There is a great selection of items at this store but all items are very and obviously overpriced (pre-pandemic). I am the first to praise and support family owned business so for me to speak negatively is a big deal. There were several items I purchase regularly (elsewhere) with prices that don't come close to what I saw at this store. If you're used to paying for quality on a regular basis you will see there is no excuse for the prices you would be paying here.

I moved from Long Island to Staten Island almost a year ago. Coming from a place where Organic, local food was at every corner, its been quite a culture shock. On SI, baya bar or better is the closest thing you get to “healthy” living so I was so pleasantly surprised to find this place! I only wish I had discovered it months ago! A lot of reviewers commented on the physical appearance of this place and I agree, it could use a facelift. However, everything was clean and the inventory is amazing. Prices are fair. It’s my new go to spot.

Ive lived on SI for two years and always passed Taste Buds. Now that I am on a journey to health and wellness I am so excited at the top toons here. This place has SOOOO many of the products I need!! I will definitely be a regular now. All the products I need and can’t get anywhere else. Thank you for the amazing service! Especially during these times.
