One of the nicest Wendys. Wish it was a bit northern and closer to where I work. I enjoyed good size (And of course fairly prices) burger. Place was very clean (And it was 1 PM when the place is busy). Service was good, and they remembered not to add onions. Happy and will come back.

Food was hot, hospitality and efficiency were very professional, and the multiple orders that I gave were accurate. I have have not asked for a better experience especially with only 15 min. prior to closing. I would only want to go this Wendy's whenever I drive through Staten island . "Great job fellas..."

I got a Wendy's Double combo today and the burger and natural cut fries were both good. My server was nice but service was a bit slow considering there were few customers when I arrived. The Frosty machine was out of order. Decor in the open dining area is definitely dated and drab and badly in need of an update.

Worst Wendy's I've ever been to! I travel a lot for work and stayed near this Wendy's on a five week project. So I had the opportunity to eat here several times.
Each time was the same. SLOW service regardless of what I ordered, napkin and ketchup dispensers almost always empty. Staff appears very POORLY trained assuming they were trained at all.
Food was ok once I received it, but don't come here expecting fast service or a well run facility!

I am utterly disappointed right now. I ordered the #12 meal because I love avocados. Drove back home, opened my sandwich and I thought it just got mixed up with the lettuce and mayo and tomato but no, NO AVOCADO in site! Do you know how I feel right now? Betrayed! I worked in Wendy's in New York for almost 4 years and I feel like my own people betrayed me! Why???

Tried to organize a quick fast food employee’s feast. I don’t think that location is built for orders of that size. Wasn’t ready on time, didn’t taste like it should, and in general, taught me an important lesson: Eat the food inside restaurant, otherwise, you will get disappointed.

Dingy old the rug is beat up and dirty. And they had no soda from the fountain that day. My son had to get something to drink that he wound up not even liking . When I ask them to replace it. They actually charge me for another one. you have to give one star. If I could have gave zero Stars I would have. This is the one next to the bowling alley off the West Shore Expressway in Staten Island Place sucks!!!

Rude people. Poor service. 1 star is too much and if there was negative stars this lowlife establishment would be that rating. I hope they go out of business and everyone that works there has to panhandle to eat and get treated the exact same way they treat people.
