Domino's Pizza

So it has been 6 weeks since our last Dominoes order because they have refused to deliver to the door, left our pizza outside of our building, and today delivered the wrong food. Not only wrong but lukewarm. They delivered it to the door FINALLY (he was very sweet and kind) but it was wrong and somewhat cold. We have had good luck with Dominoes all over the US but the one we have ordered from here on SI is just bad.

Couldn't get the order right. Finally when they did, for a large pie and small soda the quoted the price$34.00. I think they were out of their mind. The first call was better, however they ask me for the zip code and I didn't know it so they hung up on me. Poor customer representation. Where I live I never have a problem.

Typical Domino's Pizza shop. I ordered a pie with 3 toppings, mushroom pineapple and spinach... I could barely count few leaves of spinach (photo), are you kidding me? 12/12/21 update, today when I showed up to pick up my order I witnessed a mess. Workers overwhelmed with the number of orders they receive online. And none of the workers is wearing a hair net or beard net. I got no choice but to order from here since it's the only domino's in the neighborhood...

The people at this store are very rude with a nasty attitude. They didn’t want to refund my order, despite delivering my pizza burnt. My pizza was delivered to me half burnt and I could tell it’s been sitting around for hours. My pizza wasn’t fresh outta the oven, it tasted stall and old. I could tell it was repacked to me from a prior order. The cheesy breadsticks that I ordered with the pizza was delivered to me with unknown ingredients in the melted cheese. That night I spoke with “Mark” And “Nina”. It sounded Like I was speaking to the same person and he just lied by telling me two different names. He was very rude and unpleasant! I didn’t eat the pizza it’s still in my apartment. I will never order dominos from this location after this experience. This isn’t how you treat a recurring paying customer. Never will I order from this location and neither should you. Three words to describe this situation are: unprofessional, ignorant, lackadaisical.
