Not good long line very slow drive through. Drinks are not consistent either, especially the pumpkin signature drinks. Made different every time depending on the worker.

Store use stale food from previous day and sell it. When you find out it’s stale it’s too late. You drive off. Unacceptable, if I pay, I expect fresh food. I’m not here to make money for you, I’m buying food.

They literally give me the wrong order every time. I ask for extra Caramel and they don’t add any at all and my latte is bitter and there’s black stuff floating around the bottom

I was waiting in line for 10 minutes. There was 3 people working there. They saw me but didn't say anything. I left the line and the one guy immediately helped the person right behind me. Wish I could give it 0 stars... Never come here!!!!

One person takes your order in drive thru and another gives it to you leading them to give me the wrong order twice. Avoid this DD.

This place sux...service is so slow at drive thru...sorry I placed a 2 go order ahead of time had to wait 30 minutes for it and I could not call the store to cancel it because their phone number is out of service

Only the drive through was open at 7am which makes it hard for truck drivers to get a cup of coffee and Doughnut.
