Placed a DD order at 2:27pm for pick up. I arrived at 2:47pm and it still wasn't ready. Left and came back 10 minutes later... total now 30 minutes and still no order. Staff didn't realize my online order came through because I had to say something for them to start making it. I've gone to this DD on numerous occasions where there are long waits, staff members not doing their jobs and talking about a man named Jimmy who comes in for all the coffee (on this particular occasion) but I have seen them have useless conversations not pertaining to the work environment and they sit there and take their sweet time or they're not paying attention and don't make your order where you have to say something or they screw it up.

They might get busy at times but overall they are pretty good or at least they attempt to do their job and serve the clients

I am here at 10:20 pm the door says 11 pm. Google says 11 pm and they’re closed and will let me in. I just wanna coffee I’m about to work an overnight shift working for the man. I can’t even get a coffee. its a disgrace

They stopped making french crullers, I'm very disappointed. apparently they cannot get the ingredients. Otherwise the store is convenient and they help you right away. I ordered online when I went it was ready and the people in the store were very nice as well.

This location has the worst management.. They need to purchase a real toaster like all other Dunkin locations have instead of that oven.. The food you get stinks of the bacon smell because they toast with the oven . Who wants there sandwiches stinking of bacon when they don’t eat bacon!!!!!

Run on that dunkin coffee every morning.. their bagel sucks but croissant bacon egg and cheese is good. Donuts are extremely good

They have an amazing team here. I was in the mood for donuts and a bacon, sausage, egg and cheese sandwich so I decided to do what any other human would do. I ordered a French cruller donut and asked them if they could please put the above in there. To my astonishment, they actually granted my wish, and I must say it was the most AMAZING sandwich ever. Lol don't judge me!!
