Domino's Pizza

I received 3 cold pies today, after the estimated delivery time of course, and the location was toying with the tracker. The tracker vs text message updates showed different information at different times. But this is not predominantly where the issue lies. When the delivery driver Sanjay arrived, I walked to the front yard from the back yard to meet him at the front gate as the order notes stated. He brought the food over, refused to give it to me, and actually rested the food on my front gate, while arguing whether I own the house. What does owning the house have to do with placing the order? I live here. I placed the order. And I've ordered from this location numerous times this year and never experienced this before. I'm literally on my property, and he is resting my food on my property while refusing to give it to me because he didn't believe it was mine. What sense does that make? Sanjay is probably racist because although I told him the order notes, and called him by name, he still refused to give the food. How else would I know this information? He argued with me for at least 5 minutes on whether I was indeed the person who actually ordered the pizza. Anyway, I tried calling the location we ordered from. I called the location I ordered from numerous times and they have not picked up. So I reached out to corporate. Don’t leave a tip beforehand like I did! Not at this location. They don’t deserve it.

WORSTTTT PLACE EVERRRR!!!!!This hyland location of dominos doesn’t even deserve a 1 star they deserve a 0! Poor employee work so rude the man didn’t acknowledge me or my order I was on my way to the store on hyland I called on the phone so I can pick up quick the man made me wait additional 10 minutes as well as he gave me the rudest and nastiest attitude I waited 10 mins and came back and another worker said he can’t help us Bc he’s busy with another customer i proceeded to wait and he gave me the pizzas which he rushed to make even tho i called prior. I asked for extra mushroom and the man added a little and half the pizzas didn’t even have them these kind of people are the reason why dominos business is downgrading. He was literally typing on the keyboard with his oily hands while yelling at his employee for a password so unprofessional and so dirty! Never coming back.

Well the driver Hui was a real piece of work, I explained to him I had a newborn baby at home and I would buzz him in, he immediately started yelling and refused, I asked my kind neighbor who is also a friend to watch my newborn while I go, the driver made me walk, was very rude and handed me pizza and soda out his driver window. So unprofessional, the whole experience with this guy. The food was delicious though 😊 thank the lord for that.

I have ordered these very same pies every week for months and today they come with burnt bottoms and singed cheese and crusts and when I called and complained they told me this was you get when you order BBQ on your pie. Even after I told him I was going to complain online and post pictures of the pizza the person I spoke to didn't seem to care. I essentially threw money out the window and will never order from them again.
