Don’t get misled by the negative reviews, miserable people love to spread their misery. Outstanding management, I’m living here for over a year and cannot praise the amazing staff enough!! Any issues I’ve ever had were taken care of on the same day. Every time I walk into the lobby everyone makes me feel at home. The staff is extremely respectful and courteous. Moving here was a great decision. From my experience, I highly recommend.

Super easy move in process. No bs. Streamlined process. Move in online portal super easy, quick approval. The amenities and apartments are ridiculous. Huge space, fair price, everything is new. Move in day you are greeted as part of the fam, Anthony, the front desk operator is super nice and helpful. Alberto in building maintenance is awesome as well, really stoked to live here.

DO NOT RENT IN THIS BUILDING! My husband and I made an appointment to tour a unit available for rent. When I made the appointment last night, there was availability all afternoon starting at 12:30 PM. We arrived at 12:32 PM for our 12:30 PM appointment. We checked in at the front desk and were told by the man at the front desk that someone would be right down to bring us up to the apartment. At 12:45 PM, no one had come down for us, so I politely asked the man at the front desk how much longer the wait would be. His response: "You were late, so now you have to wait." Surprised that he had responded in such a dismissive and disrespectful manner, I asked again when the leasing agent would be down to bring us up to the unit. I got the same nasty response. The man at the desk proceeded to become hostile, so my husband and I decided to avoid further conflict by leaving the building. On my way out, I asked for the man's name and he told me that it it is Anthony Downing. He then asked for my name and when I refused to share my name, he said in a threatening manner: "It's OK. I have your name and contact info." Appalled by the way we were treated, I called the leasing office and explained what had happened. The agent said he agreed that the way Anthony had treated us was completely unacceptable and asked us to come back, promising to meet us at the front door so that we would not have to interact with Anthony. When we returned, the leasing agent was standing at the front desk with Anthony and we could hear them talking about us. Rather than diffuse the situation, the leasing agent only caused it to become more heated and uncomfortable for us. We ultimately left the building without touring the unit we had come to see. Needless to say, no one should be treated the way we just were, especially prospective renters. There are lots of rental units on the market these days, so take our advice and PASS ON 1N4!
