I am 7 months pregnant and have gone to this location almost nightly around 930/945 for a milkshake through my entire pregnancy. Tonight a new staff member told my husband that she would not turn the machine back on to make a shake because it was 30 mins to close. This is the first time I’ve heard this in the whole 7 months we’ve been going in. I spend over $5 for a shake here daily and cannot believe this is how you treat customers. Instead I went around the block to Baskin Robins who had no problem doing their job.

They were open late (honestly, I didn’t expect to be able to get ice cream at almost 10 PM anywhere, but these guys were here for me!), they are incredibly friendly on the phone and in person, they have more cake types available than I have seen at other locations, and the gentleman who did the writing on the cake that we ordered was essentially a calligrapher. I wish I had taken more photos, but honestly I was too happy with my ice cream and my experience to think about much else.

1 package of flying saucers, 1 small box of vanilla cups with toasted coconut and 1 small chocolate ice cream sundae....$25. When I got home I opened the flying saucers and vanilla cups and noticed the products were half the size, hardly any ice cream between the smaller cookie. Ice cream cups are tiny. Rip-off! Tired of being taken advantage of! No more carvel in my house.
