The pizzas,the rolls,the slices are fantastic they are fast with the delivery’s and they are super nice about everything. The cashiers are very respectful and so is the pizza man they are super nice and very helpful Pronto in Richmond ave definitely deserves the 5 stars or even more. Definitely Go try this place out won’t be disappointed!

Ordered online for pick up on my way home from thr city. Based pick up per waze arrival. Pizza was ready and still nice and hot when I got home. Will definetly use this as my pizza 🍕 place when the urge hits.

I don't normally like to dunk on places but Pronto pizza in general deserves a bit. Unfortunately, Pronto has turned into my least favorite pizza shop on the island. I've tried so many that I've lost track but every time I see that the pizza is from Pronto, I am consistently disappointed. The sauce is always bad, the dough is always soggy and the pizza in general has a terrible flavor with no seasoning. It's not isolated to this particular one either; It's all Pronto's. There are so many better option on the island. Just go anywhere else.

Terrible experience, asked 3 times on the phone for specific instruction on how I would like my pizza , person on the phone was rude and said “it’s gonna be a long time so i don’t know if you want to order still” that was the first red flag , so the hour wait wasn’t my problem it was when I received the food it’s not even how I ask for the food , then called back and got rude responses so don’t order from here , go to the first avenue one, Richmond ave should shut down and never take anyone’s order. They absolutely S*ck!!

I have order here before with no problems until now I was about to eat my Philly cheesesteak slice and it had a bug 😭 I call to just let them know there was a bug and to be careful next time but they put me on hold 3 times so here we are. Ps I’ve order here before this, is the first time it happens***

I ordered a round pie and some appetizers, for the prices you would expect the servings to be at the least a normal portion but that's not the case here at all , the Rice ball was dried out and the size of a Spalding ball, literally the smallest Rice ball I ever seen.. The pizza looked like a child sliced it and the broccoli rabe was half a portion half empty in the container. Last time I order from there. I do not reccomend this place at all. Definitely not worth the prices and portions are way too small, servings looked like I orderd off the childrens menu .Food was ok at best. Nothing to write home about .
