The store is out of stocks and the cashier was to hard to understand from her accent. But all things aside, they worked hard to be in service...

Got my order wrong. I ordered spicy chicken sandwich and I got the regular chicken sandwich. Instead of fixing my order she tried to say I was wrong. So I had to let her now that the spicy chicken comes with a sauce that makes it spicy and mine didn't have that instead it had mayonnaise. She felt dumb and apologized. Horrible place.

Very rude staff. Unable to make simple orders correctly in a timely manner. Supervisor tried to argue with me that my order was correct when it was clearly wrong. How does these people still have jobs? Obviously the problem is higher up because nothing gets done about it.

I'm not sure if the lady in there is manager or supervisor, but she has no tact and customer service training and she speak to individuals how ever she pleases. She literally kicked me out of the store this evening March 16, 2022. When I addressed her attitude when my husband knocked on the door, because it was locked with me inside. (IT WAS NOT CLOSING TIME) she screamed at him, "Don't you see the stupid sign!".I will not go back there . She was extremely rude. Not just to me ,be it to another customer that was there. I understood that she is under pressure with Whopper Wednesday, but the attitude needs to be kept in check. I was woefully disappointed with her attitude.

The service at this location was Terrible. The woman taking the order was rude. Almost as if we were disturbing her and we were the Only Customers at that time. So it wasn't like she was overwhelmed with Customers. One of our orders was wrong. We ended up going to McDonald's.

This Burger King, can do better. They like to close the store and only use the drive-thru. They never really communicate with the customers of their decision and don't post up signs. their food is delicious but the staff needs to be more friendly.

Well located right at the traffic signal for ease of access. You can always get in from multiple sides. Service had always been exemplary. The special thing about them is that they are really fast in their service as well as they always serve really warm burgers. Kudos to being fast and fresh.
