💁🏻‍♀️THEY ARE THE BEST THEY TAKE ME BACK HOME TO BROOKLYN I ALREADY HAVE A FAVORITE ROTI SHOP IN BROOKLYN BUT HERE IN STATEN ISLAND THEY RUN THIS SOO THEY ARE MY SECOND FAVORITE THEIR DOUBLES,ROTI,SALT FISH BAKE AND VEGGIE PATTIES ARE DELICIOUS EVEN THERE TAMIRIND SAUCE ON PIONT I WOULDN'T TRY ANOTHER SHOP OUT HERE I JUST WISH THEY WERE OPEN JUST NOW I TOOK THE BUS FROM PORT RICHMOND JUST TO GET THEIR FOOD NOW MY MOUTH IS WATERING AND IM HUNGRY 😋 I JUST WANT THIER FOOD RIGHT NOW 🤦🏻‍♀️

Omg. Just moved to the island. And I’ve been seriously craving doubles and didn’t want to have to go to queens or Brooklyn. Well. Let me tell you. These doubles were AMAZING LIKE SERIOUSLY THE BOMB. I was about to go today. A 2nd day in a row. But I missed them before they closed lol. So tomorrow after work I’m going to get more. So happy I found this place. The shrimp. Goat and Regular doubles was amazing. Even my 1yo loved it lol

Horrible customer service ! Will be calling health department on this restaurant. Girl at the front desk didn’t want to put clean gloves on when she was serving my mom, then two women had the nerve to scream at her and tell her to leave after the sloppy mess they were going to serve her. Not a clean restaurant at all .. please be aware.

Shorty's Roti is really the best on the whole island I'm a regular there food is just one of a kind i give five stars because no restaurant on the island is messing with them i had went to all the Jamaica restaurant and i don't like none on this island i even went to another roti place on the island and it was nasty. I just wish shortys was open on a every day. cause when I'm in the mood for roti i don't wanna see the gate down it needs to be open longer in open everyday my favorite

Food is ok service is subpar. I ordered food at 12pm was instructed to come back at 2pm no problem when I returned my order still not ready so I step outside to wait (due to limited space & social distancing during pandemic) 10 min later I return for the rude woman to say "oh food finish I thought you left" Meanwhile she took my order & phone # said she'd call when everything is ready she never did. I noticed every Caribbean customer was served. I'm not of same culture but I was a loyal customer who directed many to eat this restaurants roti. The woman never apologized or called to compensate for terrible service. The worst service ever honesty I'm very disappointed because the food again is satisfactory. Great customer service is key.

Went to buy some currence roll for my coworkers today.....unfortunately it was not as good as they have made it before in the past, I am not too sure if the ingredients were not properly used or the ingredients were changed, it had an unusually weird taste to it and my coworkers really didn't approve of it as much. However the food they make still comes out the best as well as their friendly service. Today: 6/20/20 star rating has dropped down by 3 because of unprofessional customer service the young lady has performed today.
