I am a beginner and this is my first time trying hot yoga but I felt welcomed here. The instructors and staff are very nice and helpful. The place is clean and organized. The people that go to the studio are also very nice which makes me feel comfortable. I'm looking forward to my next class!

The instructor was very helpful. She helped me and encouraged me to keep going and stay strong. Although I wanted to quit numerous of times, she held my hand and even sat next to me for the remainder of the class as she seen I was struggling. It was my first time and I will be coming back next week.

I’ve been going to this place on and off for years. Every time when life brings a new challenge yoga helps to get through it. The place is very welcoming and all the instructors are great people.

Hands down the best and only HOT yoga on the island. Wonderful teachers, great space, and a variety of classes that are perfect for any level of experience. Highly recommend their classes!

I’ve tried a few hot yoga studios in SI and BK and this is definitely my favorite. Clean, professional and humble environment. And awesome instructors. Recommend all my friends to go here and try hot yoga!!!!! It has honestly been such a great addition to my life finding this place

I am fairly new to SI and been looking for a studio/community where I would not feel myself as an outsider and boy am I glad I discovered this Studio. I don't know the owner (unfortunately) but cannot recommend enough Whitney, Tiffany, and and Winnie. I am SO in love in their workouts and I feel like a totally new person after starting going there. My week is not the same without SLIHY! :)

Back to hot yoga after 2 years, and was not impressed with my first class at this studio. The studio is a bit clichish, people can be very loud before class and it’s rude. I don’t feel like the instructors know what they’re doing and classes are always short. All in all I wouldn’t go back. If you find a different hot yoga studio go there. If you want attitude and a semi-knowledgeable instructor than go here.
