Boston Market

Worst meal ever! I am not sure what happened to this particular location but it was horrible. The creamed spinach was like tasteless paste that lacked any flavor, the dill potatoes were hard, the corn bread was dry and the chicken was more like a cornish hen. Was better off going to KFC at least I know what to expect when I go there. Will never visit this Boston market again!

I usely never review but today was a must. Young gentleman working there didn't even know what to do. Kept getting directions from others. I love boston market, but they need to train thier staff better. Got to register and they asked "where is her plate, her order". Employee failed to make the plate that i requested. Cause me to walk out the store empty handed because I was running late.

Excellent,,, I've found the employees here to be Very Good. Raymond took it up a big step today while helping our Family put together our Christmas Dinner. He was professional, pleasant, and you could see he was genuinely interested in helping people - especially on a day when we would all like to be sharing the day with our families. The team was working together in unison to feed those counting on them today. Thank You for making our Christmas More Special this year!!

If I could say negative stars I would! Absolutely disgusting excuse for customer service! Tonight my 70 yr old mother placed a delivery order via Grub Hub and we ended up waiting almost 90 mins for delivery - it’s less than a 10 min drive away. On top of that the order was missing a chicken Cesar salad entree priced at $8.49. Called the store directly to hear my options for rectifying the situation and one of the nastiest employees I’ve ever dealt with in my life told me “I’m sorry lady this is the way it is.” I was then told “you’re gonna have to come pick up your salad if you want it so bad.” Are you serious?!?!? I was then placed on hold and no one ever came back on the line. I then called the store back and no one answered. I never had the opportunity to inquire about a refund, so Boston Market basically stole $8.49 from my 70 yr old mother in addition to providing the absolute worst customer service. It’s quite clear that both Boston Market and GrubHub do not value their customers and Boston Market will NEVER get business from me or my mother again!

I decided to give this Boston Market one more try after the last bad experience. I’m sorry I did. I should have walked out as soon as I saw the “Grade Pending” sign taped to the lower part of the window. The meatloaf was burnt and dried out. Same went for the chicken. The stuffing was cold. The sweet potato and apples were some sort of mushy mix. As described by my husband. I will not be going back.

I ordered online it was almost 2 hours And my food haven’t been delivered .I called and checked on my order and the person that picked up was rude. I asked her what happened to my order She said it’s still there. Then I asked what time I would get it or how long will it take to get to me and her response Was it gets there whenever it gets there . Very unprofessional and rude so I just ask for my money back.

Food use to be fresh, last year things have changed, on multiple visits found food, dried out, mashed potatoes brown from sitting on heat all day, Mac and cheese like mush from sitting in steam table way to long, after food sitting for hours, trays should be dumped and fresh food put out, at 12 dollars plate nobody should get food that's been sitting there for hours, been there numerous times and found same issues, don't know what happened to that place on Dylan.
