Wendy's

The employees at this Wendy's are super rude. I am reaching out to corporate. I went to Wendy's late night after roller skating with my friends, we went around 2:45 am and they close at 3am. We pulled up to to the drive through and the employee rudely said through the menu speaker box, “we are closed and we have no more food.” When I turned the corner to the drive through window, there was a car getting food from the window. After they got their food, I drove up to the window to ask how did the car in front of me receive food if they were closed? The manger closed the window in my face. She completely saw me about to ask a question and slammed it in my face and locked it and walked away.

As a fast food chained restaurant, Wendy's is starting to bloom. Their famous Dave burgers are very juicy and tasty and fries are fresh. I normally doesn't eat salad at a fast food restaurant, this time I give it a try, surprisingly good and contains blue cheese, this definitely fill up my stomach. One star minus due to tables are not clean enough. When it rains and shoes are wet, their floor becomes very slippery and dangerous due to they are not using non slip floor tiles. I am trying to avoid going there when outside is wet.

Edit: Gentleman named Mike called me to apologize and make amends. I was offered a free meal to compensate for my bad experience. As this was the first time I had a negative experience at this location which I frequent. Considering that anyone can have a bad day or any company or business can have employees who don't necessarily reflect the business as a whole, I am upgrading my rating to 4 stars. Thank you Mike for reaching out and showing customer appreciation matters. I ordered a 4.44 Jr Bacon Cheeseburger meal. When I got home my nuggets looked like someone had dropped them on the floor or peeled the skin off the of them, I'm to afraid to eat anything I ordered, the employees were laughing in the background when I ordered from drive-thru. My burger did not have any bacon on it.
