Mcdonald's

Has to be the worst McD ever. Used the app to order which you must pay for your order. Person told me that I didn't pay and wanted me to pay and I showed them that I did. Customer behind me asked for extra ketchup for their order and was told there was already two packets in their bag. My stuff finished and was given to me all loose (two Big Macs, fries, chicken nuggets, kids meals, shakes). I had to ask for a bag which was then just thrown on top of my stuff. After all that I had to check everything. Asked where the extra fries that was the second side for the two kids meals. She told me there weren't any. I showed her the order that showed "extra" kids fry. She called someone over and they said they gave a bigger size to take care of the "extra". Why didn't the first person say that, I don't know. BTW, the fries picture shown is my fries that I received. I'm so glad they filled it up (sarcastic). If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Placed an order using the mobile app. The first issue is not with the store directly but with how McDonald's handles mobile app orders. Once you place an order you can't have them start prepping it until you get to the store. Okay fine I get to McDonald's and click prepare my order. Then I wait 16 minutes to receive my order. The mobile order was a complete waste. So after waiting 16 minutes to get my food I drive home to find out they forgot a sandwich in my order. I go onto the mobile app to request a refund for the missing sandwich. The app says missing food call the store. Tried calling the store directly 5 times and no one picks up.

This is my first time leaving an online review here. I just had to. This McDonalds was and is a nightmare!!! The place was a wreck. Trash everywhere!!! Staff goofing off and cursing loudly. Ordered mustard and my burger came plain. Staff seemed confused on how to add mustard. The manager was called and the cashier yelling “Yo Joe”. Manager seemed very inept. Gave me hot mustard and said it’s the same. My entire visit was eating in a vile lobby with trash everywhere and staff literally just leaning on walls doing nothing. Even the Manager (Joe) did nothing to tiddy. Of the countless McDonalds I’ve visited this is by far the worst!!!! Inept Manager named “Joe” and lazy loud mouthed staff, except for the girl named “Savanna” who was the ONLY one cleaning up (the only one who seems to be actually working).

So the manager there yelled and screamed at me to use the kiosk, that the regerestiers where not open,and when the receipt did not print did not even come to help.I left and orderd from town deli instead.I payed more money to have food delivered for better service and better food I wouldn't ever recommend this place for anyone who is stopping in for fast food they need to train there staff better.They are rude and not friendly.
