Chicken was dry. Disappointing.
I had ordered two aero ice-cream but was only told this was not available after waiting for 30 minutes to collect my order.
Summer tables were dirty and had not been cleaned the whole time I was waiting. Just doesn't look good.

KFC is a great place, but unfortunately this outlet failed to deliver on the KFC standards.
The food was served room temperature. The chips, chicken, baked beans, everything was already cooked and reheated a long time in advance, hence they were cold and soggy. Baked beans were microwaved multiple times because of which it was caking up and drying out around the edges.
All of this with me being the only person in the restaurant when I walked in.
