Really lovely atmosphere, really unique to Stirling. Run by genuine Italian owners who are warm and friendly. The opening hours are generous, and would be a great spot for dinner as they do have “lunch” food and hot meals. The food we ate was fresh and handmade, and would enthusiastically recommend the homemade truffles that were absolutely divine. A hidden gem of Stirling due to it been tucked away in the old arcade.

Hidden away in the Stirling Arcade, this is where local Italians go for a coffee or lunch. I'd absolutely recommend the Bella Zena cafe. Fresh cooked Italian food with a friendly welcome and a nice atmosphere. Small enough for Ricky to give you individual attention and cook to your requirements. Today I had my favourite carrot soup (with Ricky's signature toast), delicious spaghetti carbonara and a rich flavoured Americano coffee. Other days I go for the house green vegetable soup, or perhaps the meatballs or the delicious chicken and vegetable crusty bake. And don't forget to sample the dessert slices and bakes with your coffee! There's also a robot waitress who can serve the tables - not a vital necessity but certainly a fun novelty for kids and an amusing feature for many adults. Something a little different! All in all, a great wee cafe which you should definitely try. Just head for the Stirling Arcade and treat yourself to some real Italian home cooking.
