Tim Hortons

This is my home-based Tim Hortons and I can say that I come here at least twice a month for the last 3 years and my experience with them has been consistently good. Fast service, very clean, organized. Staff is very busy to be smiling, yes… it’s true, but I am good with that as long as the service is fast and the quality of the food and coffee is good. I have tried several Hot Chocolates in other Tim Hortons and this is the BEST hot chocolate in town! Also, the store is sooo cozy, clean, big… (before COVID) It was common to see friends and families sitting and having a good time.

Walked into store at 8:30am, staff were mopping, wiping down shelves. Running around bumping into each other behind the counter. Stood at the register for at least 5 mins without being acknowledged, and then was indirectly acknowledged by a manager telling another staff member to "take care of me". Barely spoken to, no apology for the wait. Was clearly holding out a credit card and was asked how I wanted to pay. Must have been 8 people working. I've seen University-based locations run by 2 food service workers operate 10x more efficiently. Get your $#!t together, folks.

Two times I buy breakfast raps and breakfast sandwiches and they taste awful and old!! None of the times I went to get breakfast and the food was fresh!! Eggs and sausages are always old and disgusting!! I do not recommend spending money on their breakfast anymore! I hope management can take this into consideration please!

Yes, there used to be actual apples in the apple fritter! Tender morsels of fruit bathed in delicious cinnamon, in reasonable quantity, were inside every pastry. Over time, the generosity of the apple infusion declined until, finally, we were left with a pastry oxymoron: an apple fritter with no apple.
