Tim Hortons

If i could freaking give a negative 100 to this store i will ! We ask for a hot water and the dude told us there’s no hot water so instead I asked for a tea and said they have !!!! HOW ON EARTH YOU CAN MAKE A TEA WITHOUT HOT WATER ! I was told that he will call a manager but the manager is too cowardly face us ! HOT WATER ain’t big deal but the stupidity is ! Tim hortons is already worst and this people is adding more stupidity! We just bought a tea but no tea bag ain’t joking but this people is really a big joke! NEVER COMING BACK HERE WORST THAN EVER SUGGEST NOT TO GO HERE!

Really unsanitary bathroom open to customers, tourists etc. Especially in this covid time this is extremely unpleasant. Mothers, pregnant women, babies and elderly people couldn’t have access to bathroom quickly knowing going to the restroom might be an issue sometimes. This is unacceptable! Hope this situation gets fixed soon.

This location has the worst and lowest Google review rating in all of Hamilton & Stoney Creek and after today I understand why. I live close to this location and the Hwy 8 near Winona Rd location. I went to this location today and ordered a sausage english muffin & an exl coffee. When I returned home and opened the wrapper I was taken aback by the way this sandwich looked. Not only was the muffin shredded, everything was cold and it was also missing the slice of cheese that comes with the sandwich. It's totally unbelievable how the staff would send something like this out the window and expect the individual not to be aggravated or angry. This is a total insult to me as an everyday Tim Horton customer. Obviously I will never go back to this location!!!!!! What a bunch of clowns they have working here.

I really don’t get why they have duck a hard time. This girl stands there, moves as slow as she can, holds Mobil orders at the back of the counter so you can’t get it and your stuck in a line, I ordered my coffee at 10:06am and didn’t get my coffee till 1026 am, that’s a joke!!! 2 coffee is all i ordered. No excuses. That’s twice by 2 different Tim Hortons in one day. And Tom hortons could careles about any of it!!! You are awful lately Tim Hortons. You may as well pack it in, it’s jusy a joke lately/

The worst Tim Hortons on the planet. It’s not even the workers’s fault, they have 1 person working inside and 1 person working the drive thru. Even if you have 2 cars in front of you, you are looking at 10-15 minutes minimum. Absolutely brutal! Don’t waste your time, just drive to fruitland/Barton Tims or Dewitt/HWY 8!
