Firstly I’d like to say I get my poutine from here all the time and I love it!! HOWEVER, I was disappointed this time. I paid 9 dollars for a regular (medium) poutine. I was very excited but when I opened the box it was literally half empty. I’ve attached a picture. If someone is paying full price for a bigger size, they expect MORE IN IT as that’s what they are paying for. I love this place and will continue to get food from here as NYF poutine is my favourite, but I am only writing this review so the owner/managers and employees are aware not to put so little in the box when the customer has paid for a bigger size. Usually when I get a regular poutine it’s always filled up to the top, but It’s very obvious more fries could have been put in the box and it wasn’t.

Have ordered from here twice through Skip. Both times were a disaster. The first time I received someone else's order entirely. The second time, they messed up my order and gave me incorrect items and the hot dogs were super tough and disgusting. Even my daughter wanted none of hers. Already expensive so it was such a waste
