Carmela's Brick Oven Pizza And Wine Bar

The staff are all very friendly and attentive. The food was phenomenal with the flavors, fresh ingredients, and unique combinations. Highly recommend for anyone visiting looking for a nice lunch or dinner. We had the arugula salad which had an excellent citrus dressing. The wrapped date appetizer. And for the pizza we chose Grandma Anabella which was a thin crust and baked to perfection. We were referred here by another guest at the local hotels and so grateful for their suggestion!

What a weird experience. When we arrived we had to go to the pizza oven where all employees are standing, we asked if we could sit, it took almost 1 minute of them looking at their faces before 1 young lady say yes, like to say "we are doing you a favor for this time". Garlic roll were really good, pizza was Walmart frozen quality, server "Kaila" was so unfriendly I was even afraid to ask for silverware "we had to take it from another table". We were so uncomfortable that we ended up eating a slice, and leave fast. P.S. 4% extra charge if you don't pay cash. LMAO.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Service was excellent. Comfortable seating and friendly atmosphere. However, the Grandma's Pizza was the worst pizza I've ever had. It was very salty and dry. After eating two slices, I gave up on it. Hopefully it was just an aberration because I've been here before and the pizza was very good. You can do better Carmela.
