Sneaki Tiki

Well...we were waiting on a reservation and strolled into this place. Just trying to spend some time until then. Bartender told us Happy Hour was $3 domestic bottled beer so that's what we went with. Unfortunately, it was cool at best. My husband attempted to talk with the bartender and ask him what the history is of the building (we had no idea and thought maybe it was an old house). He was very short and curt to tell us "No...it's always been a hotel". Unfortunately, it was not a great experience for us. Probably will never go back.

The happy hour is very reasonable and the staff was friendly. My one recommendation is can someone please free that huge fish in that tiny fish tank. I would have given this place a 5 but C’mon Man that things just pure suffering in that tinny tank. Toss some small fish in there but the Big Guy must be freed.

Unbelievable! It was 1204 and they open at 12. Three of them were just standing there and would not let us in just order a beer. There were two of us. Three of them just standing there, stating “there’s not enough staff.” Are you kidding me?? What the hell kind of place are you running? So we came over to Duffys and dropped 100 bucks. Thanks. Their food was great. 😂 Love the atmosphere and the music when someone is playing, but horrible service and very poor management!!

Found this gem after spending the day on the beach working up an appetite. They had live entertainment (singer and guitar) and he was great. The place is top to bottom tiki decor and the vibe is very relaxing. Their drinks are perfect. We had Pina Colodas and strawberry daiquiri. For appetizer we had their plantain chips and coconut shrimp which came with a mango sauce for dipping. The shrimp was my favorite. For entrees we order full rack of ribs (amazing) and the rib eye. You can pick your sides and the French fries and coconut rice was our choice, and we were not let down. I do wish the Riley had more mushrooms and more sauce but the flavor made up for it. We were defeated from the food we ordered that we had no room for dessert so we will just have to go back to try their rum cake. Street parking is minimal but there is a lot across the street with a meter. Oh and how could I forget the staff our server was very attentive. Plenty of tables in the back but if you want to hear the singer you should get there early to snag a table in the front. Great for date, friends and even a family dinner out.
