Great sandwiches..been going there for years..got back to fl in nov. Was there today..got my 2 sandwiches..said I still needed my 2 bags of chips..that have always come with sandwiches. Price of sandwich still same!!!..but no chips..I was told I could buy chips if I want.. .Would have given you folks 5 stars..if you still supplied small bag of chips.YOUR LOSS!!!

Went there last night to pick up a pre-made meal, walked in and did not get a hello, welcome, a smile, or even a head nod would have been sufficient for me, first impressions are everything. That right there is enough for me not to return and just buy a ham at Costco. In addition to not saying hello, when I walked up to the register there was still no acknowledgement, the woman (who I assume to be the manager) was busy checking receipts I believe. She could have said “i’ll be with you in one second”. Only reason I am giving 3 stars is because the food is usually good and the young lady who finally did assist me was pleasant.

Great ham and sides which I have bought before n all delicious. Staff was helpful and the store was clean n safe to be in. Yes...wearing a mask was mandatory. I appreciate that. I have been very happy with Honey Baked Ham. They also shipped a whole meal to my grandson and his fellow Marines several years ago. They loved it n it was enough yo share with more friends. Thank you. Can't say enough good things and the staff again was so helpful and patient.

I called this morning the store since we were unable to order on line our ham & turkey. The young lady stated they were not taking reservations on line and to come in the store and we could just pick up your items and it would not be an issue. We drove from Port St Lucie to Stuart and when we got there we were told we could not have a turkey without a reservation. Why were we not told this before we made the drive. I know I’m just one person, but I will never go back to their establishment because they were not honest and up front with us from the beginning.

Food is good but this location (Stuart, Fl) is very pourly managed. Two days before Christmas I called at 5pm and asked if hams were available and if I should rush immediately tonight to pick up or would 7am be ok Christmas eve. They said 7am is ok so the next morning I arrive at 7am just for them to tell me reservations only and we have no hams! Pourly managed and bad service to say the least.
