Brooklyn Joe's Pizza

Great pizza, and AMAZING Garlic Knots!! Would come here just for those knots anytime! The pizza crust is nice and flexible with a delicious crisp to it. Perfevr balance of the two forms of thin crust. Not too much crust on the outer rim of the pie just how I like it. We had the white pizza, and the standard cheese. Would recommend for anyone looking for a local pizza joint. The staff was also great and very helpful I enjoyed chatting with them

Bad bad over the phone customer service! The owner Nathan was extremely rude inpatient and just cancelled my order. His worker Amanda is just as worse! Horrible service! I wouldn't recommend anyone ordering over the phone with them. They get very angry and have no patience with their customers! And they will quickly terminate your order. They use to be my favorite go to restaurant but I had very terrible unprofessional experience with them tonight!

Stopped in while driving through Stuart. Did a 1 bite review on the app. My cheese slice fell apart during the review, but their MeatLovers redeemed them. May have just been bad luck with the cheese slice, but loved the MeatLovers! The customer service was awesome as well. Support your local businesses!

Tastes in pizza tend to be a personal choice. I believe your vision of the best pizza depends on where you grew up. For example, those from the Chicago area prefer a deep dish pizza. Those from the New York area prefer thin crust. I am from the New York area so it's thin crust for me. But, beyond the crust, the sauce and toppings come next. The sauce should be tomato rich with some tang. The toppings should be fresh and plentiful and be distinguishable as to what they are. We had a 16" "works" pizza from Brooklyn Joe's the other night. On the plus side, the crust was wonderful and cooked perfectly. There was plenty of cheese. As for what else was on the pizza, I couldn't tell. There was supposed to be onions, peppers, mushrooms, sausage and pepperoni. The sauce to me was generic, not distinctive. For me, in the Stuart Florida area, a pizza restaurant named Vesuvio's comes closest to my vision of the perfect pizza for all the reasons mentioned above.
