Outback Steakhouse

I really hate to write this but the past 3 times we were there for dinner it seems something was always amiss. We used to go to the Stuart location once or twice a month. But we stopped frequent dining there when they changed how items were seasoned. We have been to Outback Steakhouse's all over the USA. The food has always been consistent and taste the same everywhere. The Stuart location has gone down hill slowly over the past 20 years. Tonight we sat in a booth that had crumbs all over the seat cushion. I had to ask for silverware setups. It took over five minutes after they brought the bread plate to get them. It took forever to get our beverages. I ordered a baked potato with everything but salt. I ended up with a plain baked potato with nothing. Both salads had hardly any dressing on them. My Outback Special was ordered medium, only had a tiny pink color in the very center and dry everywhere else. I ordered Dr. Pepper as a beverage. For the refills I was told "were out, pick something else". My wifes prime rib was very fatty, undercooked and had more grizzle than it should have. It really was a bad experience once again. I was hoping the last three experiences were a fluke but not to be. However, the wait staff was very pleasant but unfortunately they seemed unorganized. It seemed like they were missing their leader /manager and they were just handling problems as they arose. We will go back, but it wont be for a while. They seem to do a much better job for lunch. The staff is more attentive, the food is cooked as ordered. I can't ever remember their ever being an issue for lunch.

My family and I went here for a late lunch this evening and had such a wonderful experience. The food was well prepared and served to impress! We ordered a bloom as an appetizer and it was just crunchy enough and out in less than 5 minutes! For my meal I ordered the Pork Medallions and let’s just say I wanted to take a jar of that sweet sauce home to put on everything! We spoke to a manager named Kalie at the end of the meal to express how wonderful our experience was. She was sweet and very appreciative that we noticed how hard everyone was working and that we were happy. I will definitely be back!

Brianna was our waitress and did and excellent job. She is very professional but yet very friendly. Made us feel like we were friends. We were celebrating our 47th anniversary. Even the manager Jared came out and wished us a happy anniversary. We also received a free piece of cheesecake to help us celebrate. The food and dessert was great.

I stopped for dinner with my family on our way home and we had an excellent experience. Our server Gabby was very attentive and friendly, Our food was absolutely delicious and seasoned to perfection, My children L.O.V.E.D dessert. The drinks were fair priced and mixed accordingly. The staff were kind and the whole restaurant had a very comfortable and welcoming family vibe which is important when going out to eat with a van full of kids. Even the restrooms were spotless and tidy. We'll definitely be back . Zero complaints, 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Camron my server is so spunky and cute. She has a great personality and is very professional. She makes you feel at home. Jared is an awesome manager. You can tell her cares for his employees. Very professional, introduced himself to me,( which is very rare at a restaurant anymore) I was very impressed by that. Best restaurant in Martin County, because everyone makes u feel at home.
