Max's Bagel

So glad we found Max's Bagels this past Sunday morning! We were visiting family on the east coast and stopped in our way back to the Gulf Coast. We are from Boston originally, and hands down the best bagels we have had here (and I used to work for TooJays). The New Yorker was wonderful and the price of 8.99 made it a steal! So many places offer Nova, but don't offer Lox, great treat! We took home a boatload of everything and garlic bagels to enjoy this week. We will definitely seek you out again on our future trips to Vero and Boca! Thanks so much for great service, too, we appreciated the smiles!

WORST service in STUART, RUDE, OLD, CROTCHETY, ha ha ha they are hiring, have been for months, NO WONDER - who would endure such torture working with such an angry bitter old crab ?! I called back and asked for a a manager, she old lady hung up on me?!? I called back over & over she would not answer the phone, and then the witch took the phone off the hook I hope the owner is reading this bc she is driving your business into the ground ?! never met such an angry hag. I'd give 0 stars if I could!

Great everything bagel with smoked salmon, capers, onion and CC. The staffer was very friendly. The place is very clean. Outside dining was nice until some idiot backed his diesel truck up and keep it running, basically fumigating the patio. I told him he gassed us, he was like, so what. With children in tow. Management needs to take notice of idgits.

I appreciate a good bagel as a recently relocated New Yorker. I love their bagels but the customer service is horrible. The hours on the door states that they open at 630am. I got there at 6:35am and the door was closed. There was a woman with a pink like ponytail moving bagels around. We made eye contact and she rolled her eyes and turned around to continue to ignore me. A simple hello we are not open until 7am would of been suffice. This is the second encounter with this person. I did find a great bagel place on Ocean Blvd. Great hours and great service and they earned my $45.00 worth of bagel business.
