Wendy's

As remise as I am to even leave a review for a fast food establishment, I feel I have to comment on the overall presentation of this particular Wendy's. When my wife and I arrived last week we waited almost five minutes inside to even be greeted, let alone served. To their credit, the staff was doing well enough considering how understaffed they were, but their focus was entirely on the drive-thru instead of the sit-down customers they had. The food took far too long to arrive, and when I used the bathroom it was clear it hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. I would recommend using the Wendy's farther down the road for your needs, as you won't be satisfied here.

One of the worst Wendy's I have ever been to! when we ordered our lunch we used a coupon for a free salad -the girl who took our order never asked me what salad I wanted and when I tried to tell her the one I Wanted she insisted I was only allowed to have one kind of salad. We showed her the coupon and that it said we could get any salad and she then made us Wait 20 minutes at the counter for the replacement.

This location is garbage, and the manager is an idiot. I almost never leave bad reviews, but I couldn't help it this time. I paid with the mobile app, and when I got there they said instill had to pay them. I already paid with the app, and my money had been taken from my account. They wouldn't give me my food or my money back. I tried to cancel the order with the app, but it wouldn't let me. The manager didn't even offer to help me solve the problem. When I asked her what to do, she just looked at me with a blank stare, like she was confused. She said I don't know what to do. I am still fighting with customer service to get my money back. It's been several hours and I still don't have the money returned to me. Straight trash.

The food was pretty good, decent prices, got the four for four deal. The visit to the bathroom was awful, the toilet stall door had wide open cracks between the door, everybody could see that I was taking a dump! Embarrassing! Needless to say I will never go back, this is the second time I've had a very bad experience with Wendy's. Plus the tables were dirty.

I work nearby and stop by for lunch and so do my coworkers. I will no longer be returning. Everyone is rude, they almost always mess up my order and one time I went the doors were locked and the employees just watched as I tried to open the doors. I HAD to go to my car at my job and go through drive thru. So there goes my lunch break. As I'm driving to the drive thru I see an employee unlock the door. The lady at the drive thru denied the door was locked when I brought it to her attention. I've been coming here for quite some time but I guess from now on my co-workers and I will go elsewhere. Maybe they will be happier when they have no customers 😠
