They forgot some food in the order and I only noticed it when I got home. Was told I couldn't get a refund/replacement unless I came back instantly. Managed to tell them I'm not picking it up until tomorrow. Get there and only get one of the items because I threw out the recipt. $4 for the new "steak" ranch and few fries by the way..lol.

We have given this taco bell a few chances. And this was the final one. We have been yelled at twice now by the person taking our order. It is the same person each time. We always try to order off the app to make it easier and when we told them she got very angry with us and told us the "order was probably wrong but she was busy". So we pulled over to check our order. This time we ordered she got upset with us for asking a question and then continued to talk over us multiple times while ordering. When we placed all our items and told her multiple times we were finished ordering she responds "are you sure?" We usually try to come during "happy hour" to save money we ask about the discount for it at the window and she responds "I guess I can give you the discount." Which we thought was a company wide discount. We are pretty laid back and non-confrontrational people. But at this point we would rather go to another taco bell than come back here.

is quick! and unlike most taco bells, actually usually puts enough meat in. it is what i expect it to be. although its a little weird i have to go up to the counter for refills. no big deal cause i normally dont need that much soda anyway. the cinnamon twists suck, barely any flavor. def go for the cinnabon delights instead, theyre much better.
update:june
going down a star because the "toasted cheddar chalupa" is a horrible item. it was so bland and the little bit of taste i got was the crusty cheese and it was overall offputting to eat.

The employees are always getting food out quickly & efficiently. Excellent for to-go (grub hub/door dash) or dine in. They take pride in their service and it shows! Great job!

Mobile order for curbside pickup. Inside clean. Can see individuals make tacos with clean working stations. Front counter employee friendly and helpful. Would easily return when in the area again.

The girl at the drive-thru taking our order was very hateful. I have never given a bad review. But this incident that took place was just unreasonable. She rolled her eyes, when I tried to tell her that I was missing items in my bag she slammed the window on me and basically told me that I was a liar. I went inside none of them have name tags on mind you went inside with my receipt then I noticed that the lady didn't give me my card back either I showed them my receipt and showed them that I was missing two cheese rolls two spicy potato soft tacos and a chalupa she was very very ignorant rolled her eyes huffed and puffed I never once raised my boys I kindly asked her and said to her ma'am I'm just wanting my food that's it she tried to tell me that the food was in there I literally went through her drive-thru said something at the drive-thru went inside and said something I will not be back here they did finally get the orders right after me having to show her my receipt two other times to tell her there is a total of five tacos missing I don't know what's going on with this place but it has totally went downhill y'all need change of management or give these employees a break I don't know whether she was having a bad day or not I try to give her the benefit of the doubt and I thanked her for fixing my order and she didn't even reply to me she gave me a thumbs up and that was it very cold 🥶

They always forget some items or give me the wrong stuff.when and when i go back to ask for it they give me nasty attitude specially the morning shift I feel if you forget my food why be nasty about it just make it and get it done and move on. They need a good management I think because this always happens to me in this location.

This place is getting more expensive by the minute.
I personally would rather spend a few bucks extra and go to a real restaurant.
Edit:
This visit everything is almost double the price it was a year ago (surprise)...
The service was a disaster. No self service anything anymore which only acerbates the problem. You can't even get your own napkins.
Then the kiosk is a nightmare to navigate.
Really not worth eating here anymore. I'd personally would drive past on my way to a real restaurant.
