Mcdonald's

If it was up to me I would give no stars. I purchased a large half ice tea half lemon aid today and I drank most of it until something came through the straw and into my mouth. I spit it out and it was the head of a cockroach. I quickly took the lid off and there is now a headless cockroach and a full one in the bottom of my cup and cannot stop feeling like it is sitting in the back of my thought from gagging and throwing up in my trash can at work. I have the photos to prove it!

Hope corporate sees this! Horrible service don't even want to give you one star. They close at 11pm and it was 10:30pm! Sitting there in the drive thru waiting for someone to take my order. And all of the staff was just standing around doing nothing just being on their phones. How do I know? A women from the car behind me got out of her car and went to the windows to see what was going on. Again it was only 10:30pm and they don't close till 11pm.There was a line of cars behind me. And they couldn't bother to tell us thru the inner come that they decided to close early! Really just ridiculous!! And unprofessional.

This was one of my regular McD's stops, because it was convenient. In the past I have said good things about their hot fries and friendly employees. I will never go back, however, after my last problem here. I went up to the counter and gave my order to the Manager. As he was preparing my order on the register, I swiped my debit card. The Manager entered something wrong in the register and asked a young employee to help him. When she couldn't resolve the problem, she re-took my order on another register. Come to find out 2 days later that I had been charged twice. No big deal, I thought. I called in and talked to the Manager who had taken my order. He remembered me and stated as a matter of fact that he did not charge me twice. When I told him that I had proof on my bank statement, he continued to deny that I was charged twice. I asked for information on how to speak with his boss, and he refused to give me the info, stating that his boss did not want to be bothered with such things. He told me to come in with "both" of my receipts. Of course, I only had one, because I thought he only charged me once. This Manager, instead of admitting his mistake and simply giving me a refund, continued to deny any wrong doing, even with evidence. As a matter of principle, I will never give a person like this my money in the future. Absolutely terrible, dishonest management. I feel sorry for the employees there.

Tonight I decided to try out the new bacon smokehouse burger. The service was fast, but when i got home and bit into my burger, i bit into pink in several different spots. I didnt have time to go back so i just threw it out. A newly rolled out product is going to fail because of issues like this. Take your time to do it the right way in order to have a great product that sells.

This place is horrible. I'd give it negative stars if I could. They've double charged me on orders before and can't ever get the order right. I ordered a mcdouble with no pickles and got a sandwich with a wrapper that said mcdouble no pickle and there's a single hamburger inside the wrapper. The lines take forever and most of the employees are just rude or really hate their job. You're better off going down the road a few miles to the one by Lowes.

Ordered three things took them forever to move the line paid at the first window stuck in line to get my food so instead of giving me my food first they gave it to everyone behind me then when I decide to go inside the two employees decide to fight over who will give me my food because they didn't want to take two extra steps to hand the food over to me worse mc Donalds I have ever been to. They are rude slow and simply the worse place to go to for "fast" food they suck.!!!
