If I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered a medium caramel iced coffee and an everything bagel toasted on the dunkin app 20 minutes before I arrived to this location. I arrived and my order wasnt ready. A very rude girl turned around and asked if I was waiting on something and I explained. She proceeded to put my bagel in the toasted and then threw the bag on the counter and went back to what she was doing. I made it to work and realized it was ridiculously burned. I am so disgusted with this location. The fact that she thought it was okay to give someone food that was so unedible goes to show she shouldnt be working there. This is the 2nd morning in a row that I received horrible service from them and I will not return.

Most of the time I do not have a problem. Today the woman that took my order seemed to be unhappy and easily frustrated by simple questions, could hear her sighing and her tone sounded irritated. The food I ordered was out of stock; however I paid and THEN they told me. The man apologized and put extra bacon which was nice, but I wish I had knew before paying. I could hear both talking in the background about other things and usually this wouldn’t bother me, but if their venting is taking away from the quality of the food I order, that’s a problem. I then opened my sandwich to find they did not listen to my request, putting the wrong bread...not what I asked for. Disappointed with my experience today. I’ll probably go back due to location/convenience but I expect management to help train their staff more to help them feel comfortable with speaking with the public and with listening to their requests. Mistakes happen, but consistent kindness can among staff goes a long way.

This has to be one of the worse Dunkin donuts places you have. I go thru drive through and they never seem happy. They most of the time mess up the orders. Or half the time your waiting for a simple bagel and cream cheese and ice coffee. Really need to get better management and better staff. Its ashame how poor this place is run.

I came here the other day for a few coffees and a donut. It was my first time here. The experience wasn’t that great. I was the only person in the drive thru, and it took about 5 or so minutes for anyone to say anything. But, finally someone came on and said “Can you order already?”. I went ahead and ordered a few coffees and a glazed donut. The coffees were fine, but the donut was really stale. I split it with someone and it snapped in half (it wasn’t like a fresh donut, it was really old). Like it had been sitting there for a few days. Plus there was ripped up pieces of wrapper stuck on it. On top of that, the lady at the drive thru was pretty rude. When we got to the window it was obvious she was annoyed that I was there. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and told myself she was probably just having a bad day. I do understand dunkin is a chain fast food place, but I’ve never had a bad experience at a dunkin before. Let alone mcdonald’s! If you’re gonna go to dunkin, drive a few extra miles down the road and go to the one by walmart.

This place deserves zero stars and this isn’t a isolated incident.
This Dunkin Donut is so close to my home and I go for coffee every morning. I now refuse to start my day off going thru this drive through and getting frustrated due to a incompetent staff. Its like they don’t listen or just don’t care not sure which one. It’s sooooo bad! I drove to the one by Fresh Market the other day and the staff was great. I ask them for the a place to call regarding this location and they wouldn’t give me a number so I guess I just complain on here!

Unless there is a manager actively in the store, the store is run very poorly and the service quality is no way professional. That doesn't mean that the service is bad it's just more friendly and relatable to a younger crowd like myself in my twenties. Even when there is nothing in the store that needs to be done, most employees will act or pretend like they're doing something but some of the employees will literally go sit in the booth when there's no work to be done. This does not look good if you are trying to run a coffee shop in a manner that makes it look more appealing than a another coffee shop.

I don't stop at DD very often but this will be the very last time I go to this location. I am wondering why the guy behind me in line had his drink made before mine. When my Vanilla Chai was handed to me it felt very light. When I opened it, it was only 2/3 of a cup. If I wanted a cup of frothy milk that disappears, I would have ordered it. Maybe more than 2 people behind the counter in the morning is needed.

I'm not one to complain much about service when it comes to widespread businesses like Dunkin Donuts, however, my experience at this place was just truly awful and I feel that reviews being about this establishment need to be more prominent. I usually have no problem going to get my morning iced coffee and normally am willing to put up with the wait times in the morning because I understand how stressful it can be for the employees. With that said, this was not during the morning rush and even if it was that does not justify the extremely rude customer service I received from an employee (A young lanky boy with long hair). For starters, I've never had anyone at a fast food place greet me with "whats up, what do you want" in such an emotionless tone like he did. The wait for my iced coffee was even worse than usual and I have no doubt in my mind it was due to his inexperience. Not only that, but when I finally got the iced coffee the taste was abysmal and unlike anything I had before, plus he didn't even tell me to have a nice day or anything. That's not the worst part, a string of HIS far too long hair was in MY drink. He either needs to cut his pixie hair or get fired. Singlehandedly, this ruined any desire I ever had to come back to this Dunkin Donuts and it was all because they hired such an incompetent worker.
