Dunkin'

My family and I are here from New York visiting for a few days and stopped at this Dunkin 3 mornings in a row for my family’s coffees,which we always order ahead on the mobile app. First two days we went through the drive-through to pick up and had no issues. Today we placed the order for walk-in pick up and received awful customer service. The woman who spoke to my mother and brother was rude and sarcastic. Unfortunately, we do not know her name but she was the one with the long pointy nails. My family was standing near the mobile pick up area patiently waiting for our drinks for a few minutes before they were acknowledged to which the woman rudely said “oh that brianna girl with the 9 drinks”, we had 5 drinks that we’ve ordered ahead every other day with no problems. After leaving we discovered 3 out of 5 of the drink orders were wrong. After all, this is a Dunkin’ Donuts and 5 drinks is fairly reasonable, especially considering there were no cars in the drive through and hardly any other customers inside. If you are unable to politely greet customers, you probably shouldn’t work in customer service. And if you are unable to carry the burden of 5 drink orders, you probably shouldn’t work at a Dunkin’ Donuts either. Will likely not be going to this location again.

As a health care worker I would advise not to purchase from THIS dunkin donuts. I found glass in my sandwich and I took it back immediately. I was told by the manager I did not purchase this sandwich there after I showed her my receipt. The manager stated and I quote agree to disagree and walked away. Now tell me what kind of customer service is that she should be fired. I then called the head office to make a complain and they never called me back. I will never purchase from dunkin donuts ever again.

I consistently have items missing from my order. But I pay through the app and by the time I see something is missing, I can't even call them because the phone number is out of service. I love Dunkin Donuts, but the location at 3130 SE Federal Hwy in Stuart, FL needs employees that actually pay attention to the orders that come through.

They were nice, but overly talkative. Drive through service was not polite. Very very sloppy food prep, both wake up wraps was 1/8th folded, sandwich was not wrapped. Mic over drive through sounded like it was shoved down her throat: peaking out where I couldn't understand her and the volume was booming extremely loud unintelligibly. Did not give me the total price for my order either. I'd rather go to the Dunkin on Avenue D over this one

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever. The manager Roxanne had a horrible attitude as well as smelled like a bag of pork grinds. Was extremely rude and was told that because I’m white I could go to Starbucks. Not only would I not recommend to my worst enemy but your better off making an instant coffee at your house for a fraction of this racial discrimination because coffee isn’t made properly. Btw not only was there no ac but they have a huge problem with flys. The donuts are stale, and I’m pretty sure I seen fly Feces on an everything bagel. SMH. Just remember if you ate here within last 24 hours you might be exposed to food poisoning or even worse cross Contamination. Keep your receipt for proof. Just in case you have a concern go to corporate because like a said the manager Roxanne is a prejudice poor attitude low life who does not know any better. And should be fired immediately.

Went to Dunkin donuts today ordered two decaf ice lattes with two Sweet and low. I got milk and water with ice in it also their phone number is disconnected so I spent $20 on two sandwiches and two coffees and there's nothing I'm going to get out of it. Usually not bad. But today was aweful. Might want to go ahead and put your new phone number on there so people can call you when something goes wrong. But hey it's pretty intelligent of you not to have the phone number there.
