Have always had coffee here since you opened whenever in town. I rarely shop in Sunderland now, but always pop in if I do. Same goes for Durham too. Yesterday, I bought a latte to go. I’d parked just outside, hopped in the car and was away before I realised that the coffee was awful ! It was like warm milk ( and I dont like my coffee strong). Very disappointing. Don’t think I’ve ever had reason to complain here before. Hopefully, an isolated incident 😞

Always lovely coffee clean and. However I wish staff would serve the coffee by holding the handle of the cup not the cup it’s self I realise you have new staff could you please train new staff that assistance dogs are allowed in I had problems on Thursday as I was asked to sit outside and had to explain that teddy can come in waitress wasn’t very happy.

I like this place for its smoothies, they have a big variety of fruit and veggie smoothies, and they always taste very fresh and tasty.
There is a big selection of cakes and paninis, and I also enjoyed some nice cortado coffee here. The view is nice to see the central street with people walking by.

Came here this afternoon for a coffee, nice chilled atmosphere.
We got caramel latte, tea and a vanilla with lemon cake and a raspberry and white chocolate which both were really nice.
Staff were very friendly and serve us and got our order sorted quick.
Would recommend coming here and would come here again.
