Pleased to get a positive response following my bad review below. Sincere apology and a full refund. Much appreciated. Worst fish and chips by far. Although made to order the fish was uncooked and batter raw and soggy. Chips weren't properly fried and raw in the middle. All served by an impersonal assistant. Won't be going there again

If you want great tasting fish and chips then this is the place to go. No pun intended. They have large and small portions of fish and chips so if you have someone who isn't a big eater then the smaller size would be right for them, although they are still good sized portions. I can't comment on the other products that they sell as I only ever buy fish and chips (Regularly!)

Went in mid October. It was quiet so I had to wait for my fish.. not a problem...staff were lovely to talk to. The negatives the place stank from old oil. It appears as if they were using oil well past its used date. Got fish n chips twice.. what a huge disappointment. Chips were stringy, thin and rubbery. The fish was small and covered in grease. By the time I got them home all of the paper was soaked in oil/grease. The fish batter was soaked and not crunchy.. had to bin it. Change your oil! Won't go back again.. on a side note I live near spenny and theirs are lovely
