Nice clean establishment good atmosphere
Food was fresh as could be came out hot n well presented and there was a young lady on the counter who saw me trying to get my two small daughters to there seat and before I could get them sorted n try n get back to the counter to collect my food this lady went above and beyond and brought me all my food so I didn't have to leave my small children wish I got her name to tell management about her top quality stuff all round I was there on 19th September at 7.30 till about 8.10 if you know who to thank on the counter for her help

Best kfc in the north east!
We were sort on choices of food and I’ve stayed away from kfc because over the years I found it very salty. Today chicken was beautiful and piping hot.

Made a couple of errors with our order tonight. However they were rectified swiftly and the staff member who served me was apologetic, understanding and resolved the issues quickly. Credit to her for sorting this.

I always put in a special request for 5 wings and 5 backs for the 10 piece family feast and they always try to deliver.

Few visits here. Sometimes its really quick and efficient others you could wait 20 minutes.
I think its all due to the just eat n uber orders. But if you catch it right its decent food for a reasonable price.

She's such a joy to talk to and exceptional service.
We only ended up here because South Shields KFC was closed due to their friers being down
So glad they were.. The food was great and service brilliant.
Can't ask for more.
Not a huge fan of the gravy.. It was our first time trying it,
In saying that it may be because my gravy is soooo much better 😘😜

Place for Late night hunt . It was opened till 11pm .
We enjoy the family bucket . Got 10 pieces chicken , mash, coleslaw, beans ,4 fries and a big bottle of Pepsi for 16.99£ . It’s worth .

Both members of staff we came in contact with were absolutely lovely. Real personality and they let it shine through. Food was made up quickly, well presented and tasty only slight issue is they forgot the sauces but hey it happens. It Wasn't very busy so got served very quickly as well. I've never sat in before but I think the drive through is quicker than ordering in the restaurant.
