Pembroke Bar And Kitchen

Fantastic breakfast this morning at Pembroke. It's always good to find a place that is open on Monday for a start, but the coffee and food are worth it any day of the week. I had the miso steak sandwich with jalepeno jam on Tom's sour dough. Which I can highly recommend. My dining companion had her usual poached eggs on sour dough toast. Eggs were just right, toast delicious. Winners all round. Impressive decor to boot.

Awesome food and wine in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere! My husband and I visited last Sunday for a lazy long lunch and tried the chefs selection menu along with some awesome wine. Had the best time! Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will be back!! So awesome having something so cool, so local!! Kym & Richard Grayson.

Ordered a ragu and 5 tapas dishes. We waited so long for 2 of the tapas dishes that the staff asked to clear our plates twice. The manager felt that waiting over 1/2 an hour for 2 tapas dishes when everyone had finished eating was perfectly acceptable. We didn’t and won’t be back. Overpriced, small portions and a manager with no empathy. The wait staff were great and very apologetic unlike the manager.

Really impressed with the service, the ambiance and the food! Can't fault this place. Staff were welcoming & friendly, especially Mark who made us feel at home from the minute we walked through the door. We sat out back in the courtyard. Soft music, lovely atmosphere. Just perfect for a balmy summer evening. Looking forward to checking out the live music on a Sunday arvo sometime soon.

Pembroke has recently started doing brunch and it’s the best! I was immediately impressed by the decor and vibes there. The service was great too 👌🏼 I tried a yummy almond flat white and the SAUTÉED GREENS with added mushrooms and avo! It was such a yummy and filling lunch, and also beautifully presented. Would definitely be keen to go back and try their dinner menu!
