A&w Restaurant

Hands down one of the better A&Ws which is saying a lot as the company, as a whole, seems to be targeting the higher-end fast food spectrum (the prices are also up there). This location was clean, managed well, with timely service, although some of the employees appeared to be new and only just getting used to the systems in place. They still managed to coordinate drive thru and walkins somewhat gracefully. The food itself was commendable as the burger was nicely made, structured well, but definitely overloaded with lettuce which is a cheap and insolent approach to burgers given the price. The sides are definitely a negative of A&Ws' as the fries get stale remarkably fast, have little crunch to them, and are not satisfying. For over three dollars for a small portion, it's yet another downside despite their better-than-average mains. I'll keep coming back to this location during promotions but won't frequent due to the quality of product until it's elevated across the board.

Stopped in and ordered 2 sausage and egger combos. I asked for them to be triple toasted. They some how heard sausage and chedder and didn't give a second hashbrown. I included what is pretty much raw english muffin pictures to show how bad this order was messed up. Person tried to verify my order by talking into the top of the glass of the drive through window where I couldn't hear half of what they were saying. Will not be getting breakfast from this location again. Normally a great location to go too so must be either new staff or something.

Best fast food restaurant I’ve ever visited, and I might have to say this place is one of the top restaurants I visited up until now (I’m still so confused if I went to high-end restaurant or just fast food restaurant) Walked in, Cori at the counter welcomed us with smile. Restaurant felt unusually cosy (perhaps because of the vase on each table..? :) ) Cori made sure we have unforgettable customer service. She indeed provided genuine services. Thankfully it wasn’t just her but order came with satisfactory quality. Burger was made with great balance between veggies, meat, sauce. People who work here have fabulous teamwork like family-a-like. They smile each other and casually check all the customers in the restaurant. I don’t think I’ve ever visited such fast food restaurant like this friendly, and with this quality food. Let’s not forget the cleanliness of this restaurant. I don’t have to say anything - this place is clean from edge to edge. Would really like to say thank you to Cori. She really nailed on her role and seriously went above & beyond (and possible beyond of beyond!) Will definitely come back again!

One of the worse A&W location. I always go to Scott Road but few time i have been to this location and always regretted. I was charged extra for 1 sauce which always comes with the fries i still didnt mind paying extra and asked for food to be fresh. I am not exaggerating when i say i waited 25min in the parking lot for my food which was already cold when the girl gave me. I was running late so i grabbed my food and left only to find put the sauce i was charged extra was not included. I spoke to the manager and she was so rude and accused me of lying when her own employee corrected her that no she was accidentally charged extra. Still she kept yelling and screaming at me for a $ when i kept telling her it is not about the money she can keep my dollar if that makes her feel rich but its the customer service

Visited the restaurant for quike bite and tried their chicken burger. It was really good in taste and preparation. We used their drive thru so can not comment upon store condition. Staff was friendly. Deducting 1 star because of time taken in serving the order. Which was on higher side as compared to mcd or some other restaurants.

Some genius at A&W decided it was a good idea to charge 25 cents for a bag even if you are going through the drive through. Of course you need a bag going through the drive through. Don't be be stupid. But charging for a (nearly) mandatory bag is ao make up for higher inflation rates. All it does is make mewant to take my business elsewhere. So that's what I'm going to do. A&W will never see me again as long as they charge for paper bags. Great business decision guys.
